Dipti Lenhart, MD
Dipti K. Lenhart, MD is board certified in Diagnostic Radiology. She graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Biological Anthropology from Harvard College. She earned her medical degree from New York University School of Medicine. Dr. Lenhart completed a residency in Diagnostic Radiology also at New York University School of Medicine. Following her general radiology training, she completed a fellowship for advanced training in Abdominal Imaging at Massachusetts General Hospital.
Dr. Lenhart has been an Attending Radiologist at L&M Radiology since 2010 and is a partner in the practice. She serves as the principal radiologist overseeing CT protocols. She is trained in 3D breast tomosynthesis interpretation and performs procedures, including ultrasound-guided breast biopsies. She has special interest in Abdominal Imaging and provides expertise in subspecialized examinations of the abdomen and pelvis, including liver, kidney, pancreas and prostate MRI, advanced imaging of the uterus and ovaries, and MR enterography.
Dr. Lenhart is an active member of the American College of Radiology, Radiological Society of North America, American Roentgen Ray Society and the Massachusetts Radiological Society. She has authored an invited chapter in an abdominal imaging reference textbook, Multislice CT of the Abdomen, as well as numerous journal articles and scientific presentations/abstracts, and she received the 2008 RSNA Research Trainee Prize for her original research in CT colonography.
